Vacation to Connecticut and Will's New Haircut!

We spent a wonderful week visiting Joe's family in Connecticut. While our travels were a bit harrowing (many delays!) the kiddos were great on the planes and had a super trip!

Will getting ready to get on the plane.

Goofing around with Grandpop.

"Auntie" Stef came from Boston to visit and meet Ella! It was wonderful!

Grandmom at the beach putting Will's feet in the ocean, which he kept calling "pool". Too funny!

With Aunt Jen.

My new favorite picture of Will...love that kid...

A trip to the zoo, checking out the tiger with Grandmom.

The Guarino's riding the alligator!

Ella looking cute in her outfit and hat from the Herickhoff's. So adorable!

Ella snoozing on the plane home. Sadly we couldn't sit together on the flights because you can't have two lap children in a row. Will had a grand old time on the way home because there was an empty seat.

In other news, Will got his first haircut today. While I was enamored with the curls, he was getting quite sweaty when he plays outside and Joe was insistent that he had a mullet. I feel like he's not a baby anymore now that he has a little boy haircut. Where did the time go?

Having a great time squirting everything and everyone in sight!

With Sherry, longtime dear family friend and stylist who has been cutting our hair since I was just a little older than Will!

Helping Sherry clean up!

The finished product! He looks like he's ready for kindergarten!

Some cute new pics...

Here are just a few quick pics of the kiddos... pics from our vacation to CT coming soon!
In Ella's Bumbo chair...

Getting ready to go to Nan's to swim. Will has his bathing suit in his backpack (backpack is one of his new favorite words!).

Ella rolling over!

Being cute...yep, she has blue eyes and we don't think they are changing!

Our co-sleeping nightmare... I know we shouldn't have pillows, blankets, etc. I promise, most nights she sleeps in her crib.

Will wouldn't eat his breakfast the other morning without wearing his hat from Anne and Tim... too funny.
