Easter 2013

We had a wonderful Easter in CT this year.  Here are some pictures of our busy long weekend!
Coloring Easter eggs!
Planting the magic jelly beans that the Easter Bunny dropped off.

I see you eating them, Gabe!
You can't fool me!
 Digging with Abby.
The Easter Bunny came! They each got a game, a book, puzzles, new toothbrush, toothpaste and goldfish crackers, and a reeses peanut butter egg!
Seeing what the magic jellybeans grew into- marshmallow lollipops!
All snazzed up in their Easter finest for church!
When Will saw that I got Gabe a hat he wanted one, too!
Hunting for eggs in the yard after Mass.
He's such a goofball.
Nice hair!
I love how Gabe is looking at Will...

Fabulous Four!

Ella's 4th Birthday was incredibly special.  The day we celebrate the Resurrection isn't a bad day to have a birthday!  We celebrated in style with all things princess, including a castle balloon bigger than Ella.  We were in CT for Easter, and Joe's parents really did it up to celebrate our little girl!  She is so very special.  She ADORES Gabe, includes him in almost everything she does.  She loves to ice skate, relishes in doing free skate after her lessons, especially when Joe and I go with her and she can "Pass Daddy, because he is so slow!"  Her favorite foods are shrimp and mac&cheese, any kind of sweets, she loves to go to school, and would swing from the first day of spring until the snow comes if we would let her.  Luckily, she has figured out pumping this year, so not quite so much of my time is spent pushing her.  She can be silly and serious, sweet and feisty, is meticulous when it comes to art projects, and loves to be the boss :-)  She makes us laugh and sometimes want to tear our hair out (sometimes within the same minute!).  We just love her to pieces!

Princess cake pops for school treats!
